Required skills for this role include and not limited to:
Perform all tasks asked of by supervisor Guide tubing on to re-coiler Being attentive to quality is an absolute must Must have good hand-eye coordination Tie knots in twine to secure coils Continuous use of a utility knife is part of this role Must be able to function on your feet for the entire shift Must be able to occasionally lift up to 80 Lbs up to 4 feet high Forklift driving experience is a plus Must have basic math skills to track quantity produced Ability to effectively communicate written and verbally Leadership skills is a plus This role can be very fast paced and will involve cross training in all duties of the production process.
In this role you will, at minimum, encounter the following:
Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pulling, climbing (stepping), bending, twisting, crawling, kneeling, reaching, paperwork, training, seasonal weather changes as well as noise, chemical & slip/trips/fall hazards associated with performing tasks.
